Kirsty Hewitt returning to the Club for a Charity Fundraising Event
Kirsty Hewitt (nee Smith), previous Chair of Senior Netball, is returning to Grasshoppers in November for a charity fundraising evening.

Kirsty, who left the club in 2010 to move to Cornwall, has decided to celebrate her 40th birthday at her favourite place in London - Grasshoppers. To coincide with Kirsty's 40th, she has decided to use her birthday celebrations to raise money for Cancer Research.

Kirsty said: "40 is a big milestone and having lost my brother Toby to this cruel disease over the summer, I thought I would host a party while also raising money for charity. I love Grasshoppers and have such fond memories of my time at the club, so it seemed the obvious place to host the event."

The theme is 'anything goes' and Kirsty has asked that everyone's outfits are purchased from Charity shops. "Not only will be raising money on the night, but if everyone goes to a charity shop to purchase their outfit and brings the price tags with them, we can add that to the total we raise. It's about doing something slightly different and raising awareness in a different way".

All members of Grasshoppers are welcome to join Kirsty's 40th celebrations and charity evening.
