Welcome to Grasshoppers Junior Rugby Section.

Welcome to Grasshoppers Junior Rugby Section

Our Junior section started in 2003 and in this time we've seen many of our Junior players' progress into the Senior section as well as achieving County representative honours.

Our teams range from U13s, U14s, U15s and U16s and play in various divisions of the Middlesex/Herts Leagues. Over the years, we've won 13 League titles and 17 promotions across our Junior teams.

We strive to encourage all our players, regardless of ability, to enjoy playing rugby. Our main objectives include ensuring our players learn and develop new skills on and off the field of play, build self-confidence, establish strong robust team principles and train and play in a safe environment.

Our Junior teams train on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm - 8pm and train/play on Sunday mornings from 11am.

All Junior coaches, managers and volunteers are CRB checked and our coaches have a minimum Level 1 coaching qualification as well as having referee experience. As part of our commitment to our young players, free physiotherapy is offered at training and games. The Club adheres to the RFU rules on Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. All members of the Junior section abide by the Club's Code of Conduct.

For further information on our Junior Rugby Section and how to get involved, contact Paul Dunham, Junior Chairman, via or call 07855 289 057.
