Welcome to Grasshoppers Senior Rugby Section

1st XV

Our 1st XV currently play in Regional 2 Thames.

2nd XV

Our 2nd XV play in Middlesex Merit Division 1 and are aiming to consolidate and make the top four in this new and stronger league at the end of the season.

Vets

Our Vets, better know as 'Les Vin Rouge Marauders' play socially as and when their old bodies allow them and they play in the Middlesex Vets League.

Senior training

In season training sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm and matches are played on Saturday afternoons.

Our Senior sides all abide by the Players Charter and the Club's Code of Conduct and play by the RFU Laws that govern the game.

Recruitment

Grasshoppers Rugby is always recruiting players of all standards to join our great club. We boast fabulous facilities consisting of three floodlit pitches. The main pitch is an AGP 3G surface which is used for training and league fixtures.

We boast an excellent onsite purpose-built gym for the use of all our players.

We have a great coaching team, including:

- Jerry Hedigan as Co-ordination Coach
- Michael Mullins as 1st XV Coach
- Peter Dymott as 2nd XV Coach
